The Qatar Leadership Conference 2025 brings together leading educators, entrepreneurs, technologists, humanitarians, and strategists under the theme “Bridging Worlds: Technology, Sustainability, and Social Change.” Across plenaries and interactive workshops, speakers translate ideas into action—equipping young leaders with practical tools in ethics, AI, innovation, finance, community impact, and systems thinking.

Mr Mehdi Benchaabane
Mehdi Benchaabane is the Vice President of Qatar Foundation Schools, where he leads QF’s network of world-class schools dedicated to innovation and excellence in education. Over the past decade, he has played a key role in advancing QF’s mission, previously serving as Director of the Education Development Institute, Director of Qatar Academy Doha, and Executive Director of QF IB Schools. Before joining Qatar Foundation, Mehdi worked in international schools across Egypt and Canada and contributed to the International Baccalaureate as a Deputy Chief Examiner and workshop leader. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Université des Sciences et de la Technologie Houari Boumediene (Algeria) and a Master’s in International Education from the University of Bath (UK). A passionate advocate for educational reform, Mehdi focuses on empowering teachers, fostering leadership, and developing systems that prepare students to thrive in an ever-changing world.

Ms Khadijah Amusat
Khadijah Amusat is a Developer Relations Engineer, Research Scientist, and Founder passionate about the intersection of AI, blockchain, and cryptography. She is pursuing a Master’s in Blockchain and Cryptography at the University of Nicosia, where she researches secure, ethical, and transparent digital systems. With over four years in developer advocacy and community leadership, she has trained more than 8,000 developers and cultivated thriving tech communities across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Khadijah has collaborated with institutions including Google, Imperial College London, the University of Doha for Science and Technology, and the Central Bank of Nigeria. She is the Founder of Nuva—a Sharia-compliant insurtech platform supported by Qatar Science and Technology Park and the Blockchain for Good Alliance—leveraging AI and blockchain for transparent, ethical insurance solutions. Through Women Techmakers Doha, she has empowered over 200 women in Qatar to excel in technology and leadership.
