Ahd “عهد”for Post-Covid Humanity

This workshop invites the youth to make a “Ahd”, i.e. pledge to design a better world by incorporating the sustainable development goals (SDGs) in their lives. At the same time, it aims to be aligned with the 2030 vision of the United Nations with the cooperation of global and local humanitarian organizations. Participants will be split into groups and the output for the Ahd workshop will be to draft an actionable, measurable and localized pledge specific to each group’s selected SDG.
The workshop will comprise of a human-centered design approach, which will be used in the design process of the pledges, which includes the following components: Hear, Connect and Deliver.
HEAR: How might we hear youth’s expectations for post-covid humanity?
CONNECT: How might we connect with human values to youth in solution processes?
DELIVER: How might we deliver our commitment as global youth?
