QLC 2020 is an online conference. Travel and Visas are no longer relevant. We hope to return to our usual international conferences in 2021, with travel details for entering Qatar found below.
Transportation
All hotels include a free pick-up service to and from the Doha International Airport to your hotel. For delegates staying in conference affiliated hotels, a bus service will be provided to and from the Conference Center mornings and afternoons.
Visas
The State of Qatar issues Tourist Visas on arrival for nationals of 84 countries. All passports should have 6 months validity from point of entry in Qatar in order to be accepted.

*Indian Nationals must have a valid debit or credit card (For a family travelling together, the card must be in the name of the passenger or one per family). THIMUN Qatar will issue visas for all students not in possession of a valid debit or credit card
** Pakistani Nationals must have a valid debit or credit card (For a family travelling together, the card must be in the name of the passenger or one per family), and a polio certificate for nationals travelling direct from Pakistan. THIMUN Qatar will issue visas for all students not in possession of a valid debit or credit card
***Nationals of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus can be granted a visa on their arrival into the State of Qatar on the condition that they are arriving on a Qatar Airways flight

Nationals of GCC countries, including Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the U.A.E do not require a visa.
If your national country is not listed above, the THIMUN Qatar office will assist in the processing of your visa application. Failure to submit a clear and valid copy of the passport information page by September 24 may result in the cancellation of visa support.
