Registration for the THIMUN Qatar 2017 Conference is now closed!
To register for THIMUN Qatar 2017, you will be asked to submit Form I electronically. Form 1 confirms your intent to participate in the conference. Please fill in the details of your school and the delegations that you would like to represent during the conference. While we cannot guarantee your first choice country selection, we will try our best to accommodate your school’s preferences. All information required for completing the registration is provided within the form itself. Schools who have completed Form 1 and have made their deposit will then be eilgible to complete Form 2 by late September. Form 2 allows you to assign delegates into specific committees, and to register appointed students to Press, ICJ, Arabic, Special Committee and the Film Institute. Form 2 is also used for international schools to indicate visa assistance. The deadline for Form 2 is November 11. Schools who have not fully registered by this date will have their country assignments released. THIMUN Qatar cannot guarantee visa assistance to schools after this date.
