For a quick reference of a day in the life of an international delegate, please see this powerpoint. A day in the life of an international delegate at THIMUN Qatar
THIMUN Qatar has made special arrangements with a number of local hotels to offer accommodation to MUN participants at special rates. Please note that individual schools are responsible for contacting the hotels directly. To contact the hotel and take advantage of our discounted rates, please click on the hotel name below to download the hotel booking form, and then email the hotel with the completed form.
It is important for THIMUN Qatar to know where all participants are staying for the duration of the conference. Therefore, all schools must fill in the location of their accommodation on FORM II. If you wish to stay in a particular hotel of your choice, which is not listed, THIMUN Qatar may not be able to supply your delegation with transport to the Convention Center.
Please contact the office if you have further questions.
Please note that the THIMUN Qatar office issues visas for +/- 2 days from the conference dates. If you are eligible for a visa-free entry to Qatar, this does not apply to you.
